Israt Jahan, MBSTU:
Life Science Faculty student’s of Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University (MBSTU) have formally requested the completion of final examinations for the 2020-21 academic batch before February. This demand comes in the wake of session jams caused by the national election and other factors. The students have given the Dean of the Faculty an ultimatum to fix the backlog of sessions.

Students from several departments in the Life Science Faculty, such as CPS, ESRM, FTNS, BGE, BMB, and Pharmacy, signed the petition to show how much the postponed exams hurt their academic progress. The students are worried that these delays are having a big impact on the continuity of their education. Because of these problems, they have officially asked that the first semester exams be finished by January at the latest. This is to make sure that their academic schedules aren’t disturbed and that their progress in university is not slowed down any more.
